Can I edit your email content?
You can download an archive of each email message in the member's area, containing fully editable files. In the [EM] Email Marketing Application you can do as much editing as you like to new or existing messages.
Where can I find the images so I can edit them?
If you would like to edit images or other components of any of the messages, download the complete archive from the [TPMS] member's area. That contains all the source files you will need to adapt our content into whatever form you need.
Is there a difference between the content in the [TPMS] member's area and the [EM] Email Marketing Application?
The content is the same in both places, but we create different versions so that each can be customized automatically within the different systems.
Why is the email marketing application separate from the member's area?
Our [EM] Email Marketing Application is a self contained, purpose built software application. Keeping it separate from the member's area allows us to run both applications efficiently and securely.
Will your content work with other email marketing services?
The HTML code in our email messages is optimized for compatibility with all the major email clients and can be imported into any other email service provider's HTML editing area. When you customize your messages in the [TPMS] member's area you can choose to format the built in personalization tags for your choice of the most popular ESPs – Constant Contact, iContact, and Mailchimp.
Will your variable data tags work in other email services?
The tag format used in our email variable data system is specific to our platform, and will not be processed by any other system. Messages copied from our [EM] Email Marketing Application and pasted in to the editing area of other services will contain our dynamic variable data tags that must be edited or deleted.
