Send a message only to people who did NOT open a message

Solution Create a list segment - Contact Lists > View Segments > Create a New Segment.

Give it a descriptive name so you can find it again, and choose the list that includes the contacts you want to reach.

In the Segment Rules section, the standard drop menus say "Email Address". Click on the top one and select "Opened Email Campaign".

In the middle drop menu select "has not opened", and in the drop menu to the right select the campaign (email) in question.

You can add any other conditions you want to apply, or else be sure to delete all the unused rows of empty conditions by clicking the little red minus icon.

Save the segment.

Now, when you go to send the message, in the "Who Do You Want To Send To?" section, check the button next to "Send an email to all contacts in the selected segment(s) below", and select your segment in the list.

The rest of the send is as usual.
